Day 2

14 boats made it out again today. The weather conditions got better through the day, which resulted in a number of boats bringing decent catches to the scales.

4 Dageraad of good size were weighed in and a few Geelbek.

Conditions look good for tomorrow.

Day 1 - 27 December 2011

AM : 14 boats left early this morning. A strong Easterly wind is keeping the water flat but conditions are difficult for the smaller boats, three of which have come back already.

Early reports of a few small cob, geelbek and a nice Roman of 2.65Kg.

PM: A number of boats brought fish to the scales including a good variety of species. Special mention must be made for the 4.6Kg Daggeraad caught off boat Undercover!
